Zamówiłam bluzę, ale po odebraniu paczki z paczkomatu okazało się, że koperta była pusta. Opakowanie nie było uszkodzone ani otwierane. Skontaktowałam się ze sklepem, jednak nie poczuwają się do żadnej odpowiedzialności i nie zaproponowali żadnego rozwiązania. Skontaktowałam się także z firmą kurierską, która potwierdziła, że paczka nie była naruszona z ich strony. W efekcie zostałam bez produktu i bez zwrotu pieniędzy. Sprawa została zgłoszona na policję i jest w toku.
