せめて前方一致検索、後方一致検索、クロスワード検索があれば良かったのに、今後のバージョンアップを期待します。

これは辞典ではなく、ただの単語帳です。
英語表記と日本語表記との検索が出来るだけでそれ以上のことは出来ません。
お金を返して欲しいです。
AppStoreも一週間以内なら返品できるシステムがあれば良いと思います。

発音記号が無いので残念ながら辞書としては欠陥と言わざるを得ない。

10年前まで、こういう辞書を手に入れるには10万円以上もした医学用語電子辞書を買うしかなかったのですが、今アップルストアにて簡単にダウンロードできるのはとても有り難いです。
