No help. No support. *2026-05-12, version 5.0* My account via a public library does not work. The support team is just pass the buck to someone else. The B2B team. The library can’t help. Password reset does not work. When I try to recreate my account using an email address, the system says I already have account. But it does not work. Too bad. Very disappointed in the terrible support. AVIOD THIS APP. ### 3/5 — With one small improvement it would be perfect *2025-10-10, version 3.3* The app automatically adjusts video resolution based on your internet speed but I need the ability to manually adjust it to a low resolution. The FAQ states this is possible but I think this might be outdated. I don’t have high speed internet at home. I have an iPhone 14 Pro and since I updated to IOS 26.01 the app has become unusable with wifi. It works with a cellular connection but my data is limited. Either videos don’t start or they freeze after a few seconds, or if they play at the lower resolution the subtitles stop syncing. I have tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail. Connection is ok with the same credentials on iPad or Mac. Bug ? On the app the jazz programs are unavailable with the following error message : Oops.
