Compared to other healthcare providers apps. They ne thing though, I miss the DARK MODE option. Pls try to accommodate DARK MODE next update. No lab reports nor radiology reports It’s been two weeks since I received my report in person however I can’t see the same on their Mymediclinic or whatever it is! Waste of time ### 1/5 — Absolutely not user friendly *2025-01-09, version 2.4.0* It asked my emirates ID number then didn’t book me until I douoeafef my insurance card then started asking all sorts of details about my insurance policy. All these info is accessible with my emirates ID number. No need to hassle people. I am not even sure the information I inserted is the right one. Please reduce the hustle. This is not the way to book a hospital appointment! ### 1/5 — Terrible system *2025-01-08, version 2.4.0* The app is not user friendly at all. It doesn’t offer appointments for all drs at all locations. The system for upload of insurance cards is rubbish. The options are so limited even though the insurance is accepted for direct billing at the hospital. The email authentication keeps giving me an error message. My children have all been removed from my account and the app does not allow me to add them. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times to no success. It’s constantly lagging, the system won’t even let you check alternative dates, and it doesn’t respond no matter which button you tap.
