Most of the time no slots are left for app, and answer is “you need to call” ### 1/5 — Problem with calendar *2025-05-08, version 3.6.2* Every time when I’m log in to the app, every scheduled visit is adding to my calendar again and again. Now I have more than 10 same visits in my calendar. I had to block access to calendar in app settings. ### 1/5 — Rescheduling nightmare *2025-04-28, version 3.6.1* Rescheduling a visit is a terrible experience. I get it that you don’t want people to book unlimited visits and I’m all for it but why do is have to first cancel my visit only to be able to try scheduling a new one, this way I may lose both. There should be an option to cancel the current visit and reschedule to a better suited slot in one go. Please have that implemented ### 1/5 — Ridiculous *2025-04-23, version 3.6.1* I was logged out in the middle of teleconsultation. The application couldn’t connect me again, the teleconsultation became unavailable and I was left in the middle of consultation with no diagnosis. The hotline was helpless and Medicover left me with no medical advice whatsoever. BTW. The chat itself is totally off, the keyboard takes the whole screen so one cannot read what is written (on Pro Max phone with small font!). ### 1/5 — the application is not customer oriented *2025-04-18, version 3.6.0* There is no exact address of the clinic provided during the appointment booking. Every time, I have to search for it on Google, and once I even had to call the hotline just to find it. It’s really your responsibility to make sure clients can easily reach you. Imagine how many people might have confused the location and simply didn’t show up! ### 2/5 — Drops you out from the chat room *2025-03-27, version 3.5.0* I need to wait for around 70 minutes for a doctor in a chat room and can’t open any other apps for more than 2 mins. Otherwise it disconnects and you have to enter a new room and wait 70 minutes more. ### 1/5 — Session dropped after 30 - 60 seconds *2025-03-19, version 3.5.0* When I’m having chat with a doctor, he asks me to take some pictures, I have to put the app in background to do some photos, it takes me like a minute, I go back to the app and connection with doctor is dropped. I have been waiting an hour for this, but you drop connection after one minute. Bad app design. Estymowany czas to 60 min, co również jest kpiną, ale rozumiem, że aplikacja za to nie odpowiada, mimo to tym bardziej powinna chociaż utrzymać, albo poprawnie wznawiać sesję. Shameless way of working. ### 1/5 — Chat with a doctor is kind of a joke *2025-09-29, version 3.11.1* Waiting more than 60 minutes you cannot do anything else on your phone as it is not running in background. When finally you are patient enough but doctor asks you for taking photo, you are not able to come back to the chat. Session is not available anymore. This is making jokes from sick people! ### 1/5 — Terrible service *2025-08-20, version 3.11.0* The service is very bad. I made an appointment to the dental scaling, and application had only one free slot in Polmedico Medicover Katowice. I tried to find the location of this Polmedico Medicover Clinic, but google search didn’t find anything relevant. Then I called to the Medicover info HotLine to ask about the address, and they sent me to the Polmed centre at Dąbrówka 10, of course it was wrong clinic. Then I went to the nearest Medicover centre at Chorzowska, and they sent me to the Medicover Stomatologia at Żelazna street. At Żelazna nobody knew about my appointment. They just told me that I should go to the Studio Ortodoncji Cyfrowej at Francuska 182. This clinic website doesn’t have any information about Polmed or Medicover services. Google maps also doesn’t show nothing with “Polmedico Katowice”. I disappointed by service level and very angry about this situation and my wasted time and missing procedure. Please, add an address of the clinic in the appointment information and to the facilities list. ### 1/5 — Bad insurance/Worse doctors *2025-07-29, version 3.10.1* Appointments are for 1 months after at least if y use with insurance. Doctors are trying to pass to next one , spending less time. ### 1/5 — Online Chat Errors *2025-07-16, version 3.10.0* When adding a new photo to the chat it ends the visit automatically and you need to wait for new one again ### 1/5 — Iphone only app instead of universal *2025-07-10, version 3.10.0* The old iPad app was great. Now it’s iPhone-only, and using it on iPad feels broken. Please bring back proper iPad support. ### 1/5 — Worst chat you can imagine *2025-06-10, version 3.9.0* This is the most frustrating app I have used this year! The concept of the app is amazing, but the chat with Doctor feature is completely underdeveloped: - Waiting time is 75 mins, but if you use any other app in the meantime it will disconnect the session - all history is lost - if you are in the chat and want to look outside the app to find attachment for the results - again you get logged out - anything else you do outside the app= log out and no option to return to chat This is freaking outrageous- just lost 3 times 70 minutes on the app ### 1/5 — Bring the functions from the previous app *2025-05-27, version 3.8.1* Its not suitable for iPads, as the old app used to be. I end up with 20 copies of one appointment in my calendar. I cannot reschedule a visit to another location. I cannot exclude specialists from searches. When confirming arrival to an appointment, the app freezes. And so on, and so on. It functions, but barely. I was expecting something more. ### 3/5 — Chat with a doctor is bolted on *2025-05-08, version 3.6.2* Chat with a doctor feature doesn’t work: pressing back ends the chat; switching to another app can interrupt it and end the chat. ### 3/5 — Not easy to use *2025-03-14, version 3.5.0* Navigation of the App is not very intuitive and when it comes to fixing simple appointments like blood test is not clear how to proceed ### 3/5 — chat *2025-02-21, version 3.3.0* also had to wait more then 60 minutes to be connected, eventually was connected and in the middle of conversation swiped out of the chat by accident. no option to go back to the conversation. and i have to wait again in front of the monitor with a migraine so i won’t miss the doctor when they enter the chat.
