My advice would be get this app as soon as possible and do at least a couple of hours on it every day. I only had three weeks in which to use it and found it and found it very useful for preparing for my test. That said it would be helpful to use more than just one app to get a diverse and broad range of information and styles. This app is packed with great questions and explanations that will pop up on the Registry. Pay attention to and read every explanation for why a question is right or wrong and you will be in a great position. Is nothing like the new NREMT format. I studied this and aced all of the practice exams. Then went on to fail the test twice. Spent 6 days on pocket prep and passed. I thought it was a glitch, and cancelled my subscription, and payed for the 69.99 plan, and the same thing happened again ### 1/5 — MEDIC TEST IS A COMPLETE SCAM!! *2025-07-06, version 9.0.7* I paid $80 for a 3-month subscription and I’ve gotten absolutely nothing. The app won’t let me sign in, and when I try to reset my password, it doesn’t even send the reset email. I’ve been locked out from the second I paid. I’ve emailed their “support” team over and over no reply, no help, no acknowledgment, NOTHING. All they give you is a useless email address. No phone number, no chat, no accountability. It’s like they took my money and vanished. This isn’t just bad customer service this is straight up fraud. Medic Test took my money and delivered NOTHING. It’s disgusting that a company claiming to help people in emergency medicine treats their customers like garbage. They should be banned from the App Store. I’ll be filing a report, leaving this review everywhere, and warning every EMT and nursing student I know: DO NOT TRUST THIS APP. They take your money and run. Questions aren’t even remotely the same or even similar. I paid after reading two articles on their website that seemed helpful. But the content on the app is NOT COMPLETE. For example, no discussion of atrovent under EMT drugs. No discussion of neurological disorders AT ALL for EMTs. What?!? I’m really upset to have wasted so much money. Used it for about a month then now won’t let me access any of the features saying I don’t have a longer subscription but when I check I did get charged for this month about two days ago. Tried contacting customer support and have not received anything back. Tried calling dials then suddenly drops. ### 2/5 — Great Study app, 2 starts for cancelation process *2026-01-15, version 10.1.7* Cancelling your subscription through the phone app takes you to Apple settings -> subscriptions -> you can select to cancel here, it won’t show up in your subscriptions, but you will continue to be billed anyway! In order to actually cancel your subscription you have to use a web browser.
