I want the original version. It will not allow me to sign off on b trips I’ve forgot to sign. The old version allowed me to correct it. **Developer response:** The change you're seeing isn't an update we made to the app on our own. Mileage reimbursement trips can only be signed on the day of the trip, which is a state requirement we're required to follow. We know that's less flexible than what you were used to, but going forward the best approach is to sign each MR trip on the same day you complete it ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2026-08-11* Ever since MediDrive took over I never know if I will have a ride to or from my appointment despite it being accurately scheduled in the app. **Developer response:** Not knowing whether your ride will actually show up isn't the experience we want for you. Please email us with your account details so we can review your recent trips, look at what's happening on our end, and make sure your upcoming appointments are covered. ### 1/5 — Mountain of Issues *2026-08-10* I’m not going to list all of the issues here, but suffice it to say this company was 100% not ready for the handoff from Transdev, (and that’s saying a lot if you know how poor Transdev was). Besides how unbelievably incompetent this app is, one of my drivers told me MediDrive fired a swath of their dispatchers and replaced them with AI to save costs, and it’s not going too well according to him. Update: new version of the app changed the design but didn’t address the functionality issues widely reported. Classic **Developer response:** We're sorry the transition hasn't been what you deserve. Please email us with the specific issues you've raised so we can look into each one directly and follow up with you. One thing worth clearing up: we have not replaced our dispatchers with AI. Our dispatch team is made up of real people; AI handles cases that don't require human interaction, but human dispatchers are actively part of our operation. ### 1/5 — Mountain of Issues *2026-08-07* I’m not going to list all of the issues here, but suffice it to say this company was 100% not ready for the handoff from Transdev, (and that’s saying a lot if you know how poor Transdev was). Besides how unbelievably incompetent this app is, one of my drivers told me MediDrive fired all of their dispatchers and replaced them with AI to save costs, and it’s not going too well. They’ve yet to address even one single issue that I and others in this review section have brought to their support team in over a month. How these scam artists win government contracts is beyond me. ### 1/5 — Won’t let me use on first attempt *2026-08-07* I try to sign up for the app for the first time and it prevented me because I already used the email with transdev and to send the paper copies in. **Developer response:** The app uses the same screen for both login and registration. If your email is already in our system, enter it on that screen and we'll send you a one-time code to log you in. That said, we didn't migrate any accounts from other providers, so we'd like to understand why your email is being flagged. Please email us with the email address you were trying to use and we'll look into what happened. ### 1/5 — They keep screwing up my scheduled rides. *2026-07-22* I’m involved in a recovery program (3 days a week) in addition to recovering from a broken leg. I’ve missed 2 weeks worth of sessions because medicine keeps screwing up my scheduled rides. For example; I scheduled a ride and the app allows me to book for multiple legs at once. I scheduled a ride for 07/22 at 5:30pm and a return trip later at 8:30pm the same day. The day before my appointment, I check the app and see the return trip (still labeled for the 22nd) is now today (the 21st) but I still have the 5:30 one set correctly. I don’t know what the issue is. I didn’t have these issues with Intelliride. I am very disappointed with this service and would not recommend it. **Developer response:** We're really sorry - missing two weeks of recovery sessions while healing from a broken leg is not okay, and what you've described with the return leg date shifting isn't expected behavior. My appointment write was set for 6am at 12:15am I received a text that my trip had been canceled. This is not the first time I have had a trip of mine canceled. The first time I called the lady was extremely nasty and rude as well as flat out lied to me. The second time I called the woman was very kind but completely unhelpful. I was told even though it was a glitch on their end there was nothing they could do. My ride will cost me 100 dollars and I cannot reschedule the appointment. YOU ARE BETTER OFF WALKING THAN USING THIS TRADH TRANSPORTATION COMPANY THEYRE TOTALLY USELESS AND UNRELIABLE. **Developer response:** We're truly sorry - getting to your medication appointment is critical, and none of what you describe here is the standard we hold ourselves to. A last-minute cancellation, a rude first call, and being told there was nothing we could do on the second call all need to be looked at directly. Had to use your website to book a ride. I had a ride scheduled to pick me up from where I live at 12:15. Nobody showed up and I had to cancel at 12:45. This also means I had to cancel the trip from the hospital. Nobody contacted me about if there was an issue or if anyone was on the way. The GPS didn't show anyone on the map either. Lastly you had me scheduled to be picked up by Trinity Transportation Inc. There isn't much about them on a search, no contact info, and as best I can tell they are a FREIGHT company. So that's great you set me up with an unreliable ghost company with zero way to know without a doubt if my ride will or will not be able to come get me. **Developer response:** Thank you for letting us know, and we're truly sorry - a no-show pickup with no communication and concerns about the assigned transportation provider are not acceptable to us. Please send us an email with your account details and the trip information so we can investigate directly, review what happened with the provider assignment, and follow up with you. ### 4/5 — Bad to Great *2026-07-13* I’ve been using this for months and it has improved tremendously. It no longer crashes all the time, and I can actually book and sign for my trips. Their app have difficulty searching adresses, you cant even book return request. The will call tab does not work. They have soo many numbers to call. Just errors on finalizing pick up times. The Ai that they have cant help with error. The wait time when you call is soo long!!
