Because I did not plan to hit uninstall I did not save my slot (I’m not sure this makes a difference as I accidentally uninstalled). I do like the recent update of having the Holy Roman Empire, but I would also like to see other kingdoms like Italy, Spain, Russia, or maybe the Ottoman Empire. I would also like to see some real historical events in this game like in 1914 is when World War I started or maybe the Victorian Era. Maybe that’s me asking a lot for being a historical fiction lover. But I really do love this app and I hope it grows into something more interesting as well as unique. It’s also frustrating how it makes my “game over” just because my character has “no provinces”. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-07-15, version 1.3.3* I’ve been having issues since your recent update as I am unable to load the app ### 1/5 — ITEMS *2026-06-14, version 1.3.2* items dissapearing when you unequip them or switch to your heir they also dont have an effect if you have them already equipped when you switch to heir so you have to unequip them and then lose half i had 6 gold coins they werent working so i unequipped them re edited my character then when went nack into my items i had lost 2 sacred icons i didnt even unequip a diamond crown and half my golden coins bsically wiping out 200 years worth of items so like 1 or 2 days of play time and its made it unplayable whats the point of me playing when i can never progress how many provinces i can have and get stuck hovering at like 16 when my previous life had 23 and gained 40 prestige and 40 piety and had 3 legendary swords but now ive got none of that keep trying to rectify by surrendering then retrying to get it to normal but just deletes my items every time which to be frank are the second most important things in the game after provinces since they effect your stats prestige and piety all in all its a good game ive played since before the france update was a thing but this last update is so buggy it makes me question wether ive just wasted money on it and whats most frustrating is this updating literally says “improved continue as heir function “ yet thwir was nothing wrong with that functionality until this update ### 1/5 — This game sucks *2026-05-27, version 1.2.8* Absolutely trash. First off there's certain nations you can't form for reasons I don't fully understand, like Switzerland for example. Second, unless you buy the China or Japan maps (which thankfully you can buy with gems you can save up for by doing daily missions), you're currently limited to just the British Isles, mainland Fr*nce, and the former Holy Roman Empire, and that last one isn't entirely accurate, as some parts, such as most of Northern Italy, Schleswig-Holstein, and Prussia are unfortunately absent as of the time I'm writing this. However that's just it, they are not currently available AS OF THE TIME I'M WRIGHTING THIS, and it wasn't long ago that only the British Isles and mainland Fr*nce were playable on the default map, so I feel confident in asserting that it's only a matter of time until the default map expands yet again, I wouldn't be surprised if the map of China you can buy with gems is also expanded eventually for that matter. Third and finally this game is in many ways very historical, so there's nothing supernatural present like in BitLife or Reigns, but at the same time, your character, or characters in game, can have hair colors, eye colors, and skin tones that aren't strictly historically accurate for the time period I imagine this game takes place. The inaccurate ethnic traits doesn't really bother me much honestly, but I would appreciate an menu option for more accurate ethnic representation, especially if that option came in an update that included Spain, Italy, Corsica, Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia, with Egypt, the Levant, Anatolia, the Balkans, and Scandinavia added eventually as well in addition to the rest of Holy Roman Empire I mentioned earlier, though I doubt anything outside of Europe will be added anytime soon. But all and all, Medieval Life is still the best mobile game I've played in a very, VERY long time, and I highly recommend it, especially if you're looking for a more casual version of something like Crusader Kings 3, in which case, this is pretty much perfect for you. ### 5/5 — Nice game Add more provinces *2026-07-31, version 1.3.3* The game is beautiful and addicting but please add more countries to it ### 5/5 — Updates *2026-07-24, version 1.3.3* Hi guys! I really don’t see enough people playing this games. It is a little difficult, at least for me , to figure out everything like how the title situation works.. but Im trying to learn. The only thing that I have to say is the UI seems odd (the only word I can think of). I think clearer labeling of who belongs where and what belongs where could help. Overall solid game! Part two: I realize I should add specifics, I’m sure others have already said of these. I think drop down menus should be a thing, whenever you navigate to the vassal or province page, and a bit of color coordination for titles and other markers. ### 5/5 — Better, now next *2026-07-23, version 1.3.3* This was absolutely amazing game, better than bitlife in my opinion, but it’s still not fully finished yet, I would really like to see polish Lithuania and Spain territory for Europe, and Mongolia and Vietnam to the China map. Maybe add Korea to the Japanese map. Idk if this is a feature yet but we should totally be able to colonize other countries and maps. But idk, it is true that the Vikings was able to visit Northern America really early so they would be able to colonize, it would be strange huh, and really unrealistic. Bought ad free and other perks on 4 different phones (I have yet to buy full version on this current one) and regret none of those purchases because the game keeps getting better with each update. Medieval Life made me abandon BitLife, like BitLife is legitimately boring to me after discovering this game.
