I did not expect much from this app but it is very very easy to use and very very calming. I definitely recommend this app. Your mind does not drift away in thoughts because of the pictures. It’s such a simple amazing app that not only do I like, but my kids like and I think you will like it as well.

In the Loops section with the different shapes, the slowest breath is 13bpm. Please add slower options. Even the Deep option in the Exercise portion is a bit too fast for me. Would be nice to be able to use a slider to from 1-15, to customize even more. Also would love different breathing patterns — e.g., breathe in, hold, breath out, hold.

Sooooo calming and peaceful. Much better than closing your eyes during meditation. Deeper relaxation and much less wandering off in thoughts. Love this app! Extremely helpful for those who struggle to meditate. Highly recommend.

Lovw it thus far, very unique! Maybe you could integrate things like Binural Beats/Brainwave Entrainment for example? That might go against the idea of being solely visual but lots of modalities/techniques are always a good thing IMHO! I wonder how this could be used for other meditation styles aswell (kundalini comes to mind)
