As soon as you click on one provider, it either shows you all the provides in your area or it will keep showing that same provider for different locations, you then need to keep closing and opening the app every time you search. ### 5/5 — Effortless Med Scheme app *2023-05-18, version 3.5.1* The user-friendly interface of the medical scheme app is a breath of fresh air. From the moment I logged in, I was greeted by a clean and intuitive layout that made it easy to find the information I needed. The developers have truly prioritized user experience, as every feature and option is thoughtfully designed and easily accessible. Navigating through the app feels like second nature, and I found myself effortlessly exploring various sections without any confusion. ### 4/5 — Easy App *2020-05-26, version 1.91* Easy to use and navigate. Easy to register and access. Would recommend changing the user interface so that the font size adapts to your iPhone settings. Font size is currently very large. Furthermore, the app doesn’t display on my full screen (resolution 1792x828). When displaying the membership card, it automatically displays as an enlarged image and only in landscape mode which forces the user to rotate their form.
