普段専門外は相談して、専門領域は回答していますが、メールの通知よりもLINEのような感じで通知が来たり、写真の添付もしやすいのでアプリの方が使い勝手としてはいい。webのバージョンとまだ違うところがあるので今後揃っていく改善があれば尚良いと感じる。
