No proper customer support available. Being a doctor i find it a very poorly managed just for profits not for ease and serviceability for medical businesses. Very very disappointed . ### 1/5 — Very bad experience *2026-03-31* Very bad approach regarding misleading product description. The product images displayed on your platform clearly show both upper and lower brackets together, which gives the impression that the product includes a complete set. However, in the product description, it is mentioned that only upper brackets (5 to 5) are included. Due to this mismatch between the images and description, customers—including myself/others—are being misled into placing orders under the assumption that both upper and lower brackets are included. Many users tend to rely on product images, and such presentation creates confusion and results in incorrect purchases. I contacted them regarding this and they were not willing to initiate a return,refund or replacement and very bad experience from their team. ### 1/5 — GST scam *2026-01-29* Wanted to order N95 mask , price showed that it has 18% GST. However same item on manufacturer website is 5% . Manufacturer on their site are taking 5 % GST . I enquired about it to sales representative, their answer is that it’s imported so GST is high . But whatever charge is supposed to be for import is added before GST . Either the support team is don’t know what they are telling customer (lie to customers to sell anything listed ) or they r running a GST scam ### 1/5 — Fraud app *2025-10-23* I order 6-0 sutures on 4th oct and expected delivery was on 6 oct. No update till today 23 oct. Contacted customer support on 7 oct he told me it will be delivered in 2 days. No phone nothing. One person called from another number and said order from this number not from app. Everything seems a fraud. Don’t go on discount. Thank God I had chosen cash on delivery otherwise they would have duped me.
