### 3/5 — Health IOS

*2026-05-04, version 4.2.3*

Cannot be shared with Apple Health.

### 3/5 — Works but doesn’t share

*2026-04-16, version 4.2.3*

Why can’t I share my blood pressure data with my Apple Health app or my Withings app? The hardware works really well.

### 2/5 — Works Sort of..

*2026-03-21, version 4.2.3*

This app sort of works or at least you can get it to work If you have patience. I have to re-sync the physical blood pressure monitor to the app every time I need to use it, this often take several attempts. Another inconvenience is that the device is set up to take three readings and the app is set up for two readings. This means that you have to quickly reset the app before The device takes the third reading. It’s enough to give a person high blood pressure!!

### 3/5 — Apple Health

*2026-02-06, version 4.2.3*

L’application ne semble pas compatible avec Apple Health. Les données ne sont pas tranférés.

### 3/5 — Good app, needs health kit integration

*2025-11-30, version 4.2.0*

Like the app, use it with my Bp cuff, just a bit disappointed that an app that is 13 years old with a good update history doesn’t have HealthKit integration. Pharmacist that recommend the BIOS cuff promised it worked with HealthKit

### 2/5 — Fine but

*2025-11-23, version 4.2.0*

Clear operation, works well. But why after a year with no updates, do you still not offer to write the test results to Apple Health?

### 3/5 — App is good

*2025-10-31, version 4.2.0*

App is good. However, I don’t see an indicator to tell me if my blood pressure is elevated or normal.

### 2/5 — It’s 2025 do better

*2025-08-20, version 4.2.0*

Ok, I’ve had this app for a year and I personally think that it’s pretty basic and not that modern. Also, it does not integrate with Apple Health. I will now go buy a BP monitor that has an app that has proper integration.

### 2/5 — Great app but missing Apple Health

*2025-07-25, version 4.2.0*

I’m sorry but any app that is used for health related data should have the ability to connect to Apple Health. The device I have is great and the app works well but this needs that integration.

### 2/5 — Apple health

*2025-07-18, version 4.2.0*

Needs to work with Apple health

### 3/5 — Decent but missing a few key features

*2025-05-04, version 4.2.0*

Good but needs an option to sync readings with Apple Health and set reminders for when to take measurements.

### 3/5 — Nice idea, if it connected

*2025-03-02, version 4.2.0*

I have the app on my iPad and iPhone, but it runs up my blood pressure trying to get it to actually connect by BlueTooth. It also doesn’t feed into Apple Health.

### 2/5 — Apple Health?

*2025-02-18, version 4.2.0*

Works fine, but no apple Health intigration?

### 3/5 — Apple Health support lacking

*2025-01-28, version 4.2.0*

Please add HealthKit support

### 3/5 — Clunky

*2025-01-25, version 4.2.0*

It doesn’t seem to work with apple health and its clunky. You have to open the app first and follow prompts or it doesn’t register

### 3/5 — Needs apple health support

*2024-11-27, version 4.2.0*

Needs apple health support like legit please

### 3/5 — Improvement needed

*2024-09-23, version 4.2.0*

Data seems to be lost and not user friendly

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — No integration.

*2026-07-07, version 4.2.3*

Why an app on iPhone does not integrate directly to apple health is insanely poor.

### 1/5 — Bad Bluetooth connection

*2026-04-02, version 4.2.3*

Title says it all

### 1/5 — Bad news app

*2026-03-04, version 4.2.3*

This app I had to reinstall 3 times to get it to work.

### 1/5 — Pitiful

*2026-03-04, version 4.2.3*

Won’t download data from the blood pressure monitor

### 1/5 — Device is fine. Needs Apple Health

*2025-12-26, version 4.2.2*

Having to manually enter my information into Apple health is a deal breaker. The device itself works fine. But having all my health information in one place is a must. Other devices will give me this option.

### 1/5 — Medilink App

*2025-07-25, version 4.2.0*

Although my BIOS machine is setup correctly, the app frequently records data that conflicts with the actual measurement. My time and date are correct but the app will show the year 5967. The BIOS machine is model BD245.

### 1/5 — Horrible App

*2024-10-24, version 4.2.0*

Wrong dates, confusing set up. Bluetooth won’t sync new readings. Tried to add 2nd user to get it to work now it’s even worse. What a piece of junk.

I would give 0 if I could.

### 1/5 — Trouble shooting

*2024-09-23, version 4.2.0*

### 1/5 — Worst example of technology since the hydrogen bomb

*2024-04-10, version 4.1.8*

Apart from taking 3 minutes to pair, and consistently not reading the thermometer, I have seen better apps written by 7 year olds.

Also, I just want to read my temperature. Why do I need to create an account?

Absolutely no one in this company spent more than 20 seconds thinking about this user experience. Or alternatively they spent a very long time devising ways to make it as useless as possible. In which case Huzzah!

### 1/5 — Works but not impressed

*2024-02-04, version 4.1.8*

Too many steps to connect the monitor to the app and start the reading

1. Click on the "+" sign
2. Click on "Blood Pressure and Heart Rate"
3. Click on "Auto Bluetooth"
4. Turn device on
5. Wait for device to connect
6. Once connected push the power button again to start the reading.

By the time you reach step 6 your blood pressure hits the roof.

Other devices and apps you only have to push start on the device. Connects and transmits the reading automatically.

No integration with the health app

I use it on my ipad at home while logged in to my medilink account. It has a larger screen making it easier to enter notes when needed. I expected to see that same data on my iphone when logged in to the same account. NO THE DATA RECORDED ON THE IPAD DOES NOT SHOW ON THE IPHONE.

For some reason, the data gets duplicated occasionally which renders the average useless.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Appareil de qualité

*2026-01-22, version 4.2.3*

Facile à utiliser et bien pratique avec des explications claires dans le manuel

### 5/5 — Won’t connect to my iPhone Heath app

*2025-05-25, version 4.2.0*

When I first purchased the machine it connected to my iPhone health app. I thought that was fantastic but it didn’t last long. One use and I had to enter my readings manually. Very disappointing. The machine itself is great.

### 5/5 — Does not automatically do second measurement

*2025-04-20, version 4.2.0*

Must restart and redownload all past measurements before second will take place. Can’t this be fixed?

### 5/5 — Travaille très bien. Merci

*2024-06-04, version 4.1.8*

Excellent

### 5/5 — excellent

*2023-01-31, version 4.0.4*

love this app makes for me easily monitored my blood pressure ilove it😊

### 5/5 — App was updated, no notice, no instructions

*2022-11-28, version 4.0.2*

Still can’t figure it out.

### 5/5 — Good Device does not sync with iOS Health

*2022-10-24, version 2.3*

The device and works as a stand alone unit, but will not sync with iOS Health. Even though there is a button and the settings are setup correctly. Hope the provide an update soon, definitely thinking about returning the device.

### 4/5 — Manual Sync

*2026-08-01, version 4.2.3*

After doing a manual reading on the device, there is no way to sync the device to the phone or even Apple health. Any reading from the device should be synced.

### 4/5 — Apple Health Support

*2024-03-25, version 4.1.8*

I like the hardware and the app if good, but it lacks Apple Health integration

### 4/5 — No Apple health integration.

*2023-11-22, version 4.1.8*

Works well, but the lack of apple health integration makes it now as valuable for people who manage their own records.
