## What is MediLog?

MediLog is a private medication tracker for doses, water, stock and doctor/pharmacy export. Set up medications quickly, check off daily doses and see early when stock is running low. Free stays intentionally small for testing; Premium adds unlimited medications, family and care profiles, stock and refill management, export reports, QR/medication-plan import preparation, local vault and reliable local reminders. The app stores data locally, uses no cloud sync and no tracking. StoreKit subscriptions are managed by Apple and can be cancelled any time in App Store account settings. ### 1.13 — 2026-07-11

MediLog 1.13 makes Premium more useful for everyday medication routines. The app now estimates how many days your logged stock should last and brings that forecast into the shopping list, medication detail, daily check and doctor/pharmacy report. Onboarding now asks for the refill threshold directly, reports include a dedicated forecast table, and the Premium screen explains the value more clearly. This update also includes iPhone layout fixes for Light and Dark Mode plus steadier copy across the app. MediLog remains local, cloud-free and does not provide dosage advice.

### 1.12 — 2026-06-14

MediLog 1.12 improves the first minute: onboarding now leads faster to the first daily check, the guide can mark the next open dose directly, and the Premium screen explains more clearly when stock, care profiles and export reports matter. ASO text, localization fallbacks and App Store screenshots were also refreshed around the core use cases.

MediLog 1.9 stabilizes the Premium purchase flow with RevenueCat and connects the App Store subscriptions cleanly to local Premium access. The paywall continues to show price, duration, privacy and EULA links directly in the app. This update also keeps the improved daily check, onboarding guidance, export context, mobile layout checks and local reminders. MediLog stores data locally, uses no cloud sync and does not replace medical advice.
