## What is MediMonitor?

With the MediMonitor application you can keep track of your mental condition while tapering off medication, stabilizing medication or building up medication. By tracking the mental changes a patient gets insight on how the medication changes affect their mental condition. If needed the patient and his doctor can then change traject.
