I have been using apps to get my prescription drugs from as long as there have been apps to do so. This one has established a new low. My prescription provider is Birdi. Sometimes my scripts disappear without a trace. Sometimes when my Dr. sends in a new prescription it is not filled only filed with the rest of the scripts. This is easily the worst app to get scripts refilled as is available. I have had repeated discussions with their customer service folks with the same response ……….”I’m sorry this has happened to you. Here is how it really works”….although it dosen’t work that way. The text to fill, as explained by Cust. See. Does not work. It was supposed to be a fix for not filling the scripts but alas it isn’t. Again this is aweful. ### 3/5 — App is better than the service at least *2025-04-16* Don’t get me started on this PBM. But, we are here to discuss the app. Not particularly user friendly. The most annoying aspect is that I have set up log in via Face ID, but every few uses that option just disappears. Poof. Like it’s not even an option. Which then forces me to drag out my very secure password. Annoying as heck. ### 1/5 — Total fail *2025-03-26, version 5.7.5* I wasted 10 minutes trying to get this to work- it is the single worst app I have ver downloaded, and deleted it at 11 minutes…. ### 3/5 — App is better than the service at least *2025-03-25* Don’t get me started on this PBM. Annoying as heck. ### 1/5 — Service is great, app is not so good *2025-02-08* I have been providing feedback directly to MedImpact for over a year. Still the app is not working properly. There are dead ends in the app that do not allow return to the Home Screen. The newest annoyance is notification icon that persists. The app reflects poorly on the company. ### 1/5 — Reset password button DOES NOT WORK *2025-01-25, version 5.7.4* The only way to reset a password on this app or the website is by calling the MedImpact number to reset your password. I press the reset password submit button with my username and nothing happens. MedImpact keeps resetting my password every 90 days without notifying me and forcing a phone call every time. Not to mention the hoops I have to go through to get my maintenance medication prior authorization filled every year. Your outsourced customer service line has no idea what they’re talking about when they say my pharmacy has the ability to do a PA themselves without my doctor. Both my doctor and the pharmacy got a kick out of that advice. Fix this app and fix your whole system. ### 4/5 — So far, so good. *2025-01-04* New user. Except for a detail regarding one of my prescriptions, all the information on my prescriptions transferred & transferred accurately. Unfortunately, the app and the website seem slow and/or freezes. Otherwise, so far, so good. ### 4/5 — Useful app *2024-12-03* The app is useful and gives good information but is very slow to load sometimes. ### 2/5 — Invisible icons *2024-11-29* There are invisible buttons in the header of each screen, making navigation extremely difficult. Also, there is no status screen for prescriptions in progress. I’ve been trying to fill a prescription for almost a month. They (Birdi is managing the mail order side) keep calling my doctor to confirm and my doctor calls them back but then they don’t have any record of the call back because they didn’t give the doctor the correct number to call back. So weird. Not a user friendly experience. ### 1/5 — Terrible, Terrible App *2024-10-21* The inability to navigate screens, go back to previous screens and do general functions expected of a pharmacy app is unprecedented. This app isn’t remotely user friendly. By way of example, you may place a RX or multiple in your cart and the ability to view your cart is so far in the upper right hand of the screen, that it’s almost unnoticeable. Try to get back to your RX? You’ll need to close the app & hope that it recalls your cart. ### 1/5 — Need a lot of work *2024-07-13, version 5.7.1* It is slow and crashes often. Just installed it, but there is no “back” button. Every time I make a selection, I have to force stop the program, reload it, log back in, and then make another selection. Extremely frustrating. Great idea… if only it would actually show you the prescriptions you have that were just available before you clicked on pill reminder with the intent of selecting the pill you wanted to be reminded of taking.
