### 1/5 — Unreliable Delivery and False Status Updates – Poor Experience with Medineeds

Lower ratings due to a poor delivery experience.

I live in a village, and my home is 1.5 km away from the main village area. Usually, I collect all my parcels from the village, except when I’m busy. However, delivery personnel never hesitate to deliver directly to my home when needed.

My order from Medineeds was expected to arrive on February 2, 2025. I called the delivery person to ask about the estimated delivery time. He informed me that he couldn’t deliver that day and would bring it on February 3 instead. I told him that if he was delivering on the 2nd, I would collect it from the village, but if it was delayed to the 3rd, he would need to deliver it to my home since I wouldn’t be available to pick it up. He agreed.

However, in the evening, he gave me a missed call and falsely updated the status as “customer not responding.” I tried calling him multiple times, but he didn’t answer. On February 3, I contacted him again, and he assured me he would deliver that day. But once again, in the evening, he didn’t deliver.

Today, on February 4, I called him and emphasized that the parcel contained emergency medicines, requesting home delivery. He outright refused and insisted that I collect it from the village.
