They used to accept Medicare now they don’t. You don’t even get a receipt. Create what? It doesn’t even make sense, it just annoying. ### 1/5 — Bad doctors. *2021-04-11, version 4.0.1* Worst consultation ever. The so called ‘doctors’ are worse than a chatbot. Got charged $40 for a 90 seconds conversation. Charged me twice simply because I need to go back and ask a question out of desperation. Do not send prescription to chemist warehouse group, and will only process prescription between 7 am to 10 pm. Avoid this app at all cost. Want to book an appointment but there’s no practices. Added children originally but always books appointments as me. Don’t know why the doctors asks us to use this. The app asks me to verify my mobile phone, then to set up 5 digit code and then just blank page. This service was AWESOME. DIrect, to the point consultation, script issued - dispensed to our local chemist. Job done. So I couldn’t get up and go see a doctor for a script with 4 week old twins and a toddler. I contacted Dr Afshan Rahman who consulted with me and provided a script my husband then went to pick up my script and had a lot of trouble with the chemist. Dr Afshan went above and beyond to help sort it out she emailed the script to them and called them. I would recommend her and the app to everyone especially with kids.
