## What is mediola connect?

The companion app for all mediola Matter Bridges. Using the app, you have the capability to integrate the Matter Bridges into your home network. You can teach-in supported devices and subsequently control and automate them directly with the app.

Additionally, you can use it to integrate the Matter Bridge and all connected devices into the major Matter Smart Home ecosystems allowing you to combine them with the entire Matter world there.

Ich habe mich lang genug, mit TaHoma rum geärgert und bin dann auf das Produkt von mediola eigentlich nur durch ein Zufall gestoßen. Leute ihr macht viel zu wenig Werbung für das Ding. Man findet euch im Internet viel zu schlecht. Klasse Produkt funktioniert einwandfrei!

Das Anlernen der Somfy Geräte funktioniert super einfach und mit nur wenigen Schritten habe ich alles auch in Apple Home eingebunden. 👍🏻

Die Entwicklung der App ist viel zu langsam und viele Funktionen fehlen noch immer. Nach neun Monaten zum letzten Update sind die Neuerungen ziemlich schwach. Ich denke da ist noch mehr drin. Gut ist dass jetzt endlich der Batteriestatus der Geräte ersichtlich ist.

Ich verstehe die schlechten Rezensionen so gar nicht. Ich habe es für meine homamtic IP Geräte geholt. Das Einrichten war simpel. 
Wäre echt super, wenn mehr Geräte dazu kommen. Der Support war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Auch bei mir funktioniert das Ganze nicht. Habe den Support von mediola angeschrieben und um eine Info gebeten, ob man die Bridge im normalen Hausmüll entsorgen kann. Selbst diese Frage zu beantworten war den Damen und Herren nicht möglich. Sie fragten, wo denn das Problem bei mir liege. Meine Frage war: kann man das Teil im Hausmüll entsorgen? Ja oder nein?

Das Gateway ist laut Router definitiv im WLAN und ist auch per IP Adresse ansprechbar. Leider bekomme ich keine Verbindung vom Smartphone zum Gateway im WLAN aufgebaut. Im Bluetooth Modus funktioniert es zwar, ist aber auf Dauer keine Lösung. So für mich nicht brauchbar.
