Ich habe vor ner gefühlten Ewigkeit auf eWickler von WIR umgebaut, dazu das Gateway V6, mit der WIRConnectHome App alles installiert, mit Alexa verbunden und alles lief. Vor ein paar Tagen war dann plötzlich nichts mehr machbar nur noch manuelle Steuerung oder mit der App, kein Zugriff mehr mit Alexa. Lange gesucht und recherchiert, dann herausgefunden, dass es jetzt mit Mediola funktionieren soll. Cloud Zugriff aber nur noch als Abo gegen Gebühr… Ganz ehrlich, ich bin nur noch genervt, egal was man braucht, meist nur noch als Abo erhältlich. Habe mittlerweile 23 verschiedene Abo‘s, wer soll das alles denn noch bezahlen geschweige denn einen Überblick haben? Die App funktioniert soweit, fliegt aber wieder runter aufgrund der Kosten, dann eben nur noch manuelle Bedienung! ### 5/5 — Nicht schlecht *2025-05-02* Funktioniert ### 1/5 — Funktioniert leider immer noch nicht… *2024-03-17* Dies ist jetzt schon die 2. Chance, die ich diesem System gebe. Leider funktionieren selbst die Basics nicht. Beispielsweise erstelle ich zwei Tasks um die Rollläden zu steuern. Einen für hoch, einen für runter. Dazu nutze ich die Astro-Einstellung. Also bei Abenddämmerung runter und bei Sonnenaufgang hoch. Das funktioniert leider überhaupt nicht. Wenn ich in den Kalender schaue, sehe ich auch warum. Denn dort steht Rollladen runter 6:05 und Rollladen hoch 6:35. Die Zeiten werden also leider nicht korrekt von den Tasks übernommen. Sorry, aber das ist die Mindestanforderung an das System und diese wird leider nicht erfüllt. ### 1/5 — Rückmeldung zur Mediolabox *2023-03-27* Nach fast jedem Update bekomme ich keine Rückmeldung meiner Mediolabox und muss umständlich alles neu einrichten. Dieses Mal ist es sogar so weit, dass ich alle Geräte neu anlernen muss, da sie die Verbindung nicht mehr aufbauen. Wenn ich die Wahl hätte würde ich gern auf ein anderes System umsteigen, allerdings laufen meine Fensterkontakte von Rehau nur mit diesem System und ein Umbau ist keine Option. ### 3/5 — Kann man benutzen *2021-12-04* Ist gegenüber der Konkurrenz ganz ok,jedoch kann man z.B. die Auf- und Ab-buttons nicht einfach tauschen,sodass ein Rolladenmotor der statt links eben rechtsherum eingebaut wurde nur mit der Taste "schließen" zum Öffnen benutzt werden kann und umgekehrt. So etwas kommt in älteren Häusern sehr häufig vor und da hätte ich mir vom App Hersteller doch gewünscht,dass er einem da die Freiheit lässt die Buttons selbst zu tauschen bzw. an zuordnen. ### 3/5 — App ganz gut aber… *2021-06-19* Die Rollladen herunterfahren für 3 Sekunden bzw Hochfahren… funktioniert nicht.. Da die Sekunden einen Wert darstellen wäre es doch super wenn die ausführungszeit variable einstellbar ist. Die tasks habe ich mir etwas ausführlicher vorgestellt … Gibt es dafür noch eine Pro Version oder wo ich die Konfiguration granularer vornehmen kann? **Developer response:** Hallo, das kommt ein bisschen darauf an, von welchem Hersteller deine Rollläden sind. Generell stellen wir die Befehle in der App bereit, die im Gerät selbst angelegt sind, bzw. die das Gerät kann. Wenn der Hersteller hier eine 3-Sekunden Fahrzeit bereitstellt und keine individuelle Fahrzeitenoption, können wir diese leider auch in der App nicht anders anbieten. ### 5/5 — Genial *2020-12-04* Wir haben unser gesamtes Smart Home mit den Gateways von Mediola ausgestattet und sind absolut begeistert! Sind vor einigen Wochen umgestiegen von der alten App auf die IQONTROL NEO APP und funktioniert super! ### 5/5 — Abzocke *2020-04-09* Ich habe mich jetzt etwas intensiver mit Ihrer Vertriebspolitik auseinandergesetzt, und festgestellt, das es sich um eine moderne Art von Abzocke handelt! Wie kann es denn sein, da die V5 Gateways (ohne Plus), die bis jetzt noch als Neuware vom Handel vertrieben werden, eine bessere Ausstattung als die V6 besitzen, von iqontrol nicht mehr unterstützt werden? Stattdessen muss ich mir, wenn auch mit Gutschein, ein minderwertigeres Gateway zulegen, bzw. mich mit der neo-creator-Software auseinandersetzen, um irgendwelche eigenen Fernbedienungen zu kreieren. Da habe ich keinen Bock drauf! Ich will einfach komfortabel am Handy meine Einstellungen vornehmen, ohne Ihre Guidelines tagelang studieren **Developer response:** Lieber Fitzcaos, Du musst nicht das neue Gateway kaufen ;) Das V5 funktioniert weiterhin mit der IQONTROL App. Wenn Du aber den Wunsch hast aufzusteigen, hast Du die Chance ein Upgrade zu machen, so wie es jedes Soft- und Hardware Unternehmen auch macht. Dein mediola-Team ### 4/5 — Gute App aber ausbaufähig *2020-01-19* Der Umstieg erschien mir einfach, so dachte ich jedenfalls. Ich wollte meine Konfiguration von der alten V5 auf die neue Übertragen; Fehler geht nicht... ich musste im vollen Ernst alles neu einspeichern. Das Homematicgeräte nicht übernommen werden können ist mir klar, aber alle 434 Geräte ebenso wie Tasks und Szenen sollten funktionieren. Außerdem ist es nicht möglich Gewerke anzulegen, das heißt Etagen oder Wohnungen und die jeweiligen Räume; das fehlt mir sehr !
