Manchmal dauert der Verbindungsaufbau etwas! Leider war man tagelang „abgeschnitten“! Das war wirklich nicht gut!!! ### 5/5 — Es tut doch was es soll… *2024-11-01* Ich habe den Futterautomaten mehr oder weniger im Vorbeigehen mitgenommen und erst beim Auspacken gesehen, dass es eine Kamera hat. Es gibt drei Katzen hier im Haus. Ein Kater frisst über den Tag eher kleinere Portionen und die Katze dann den Rest. Nun ist eben auch mal niemand Zuhause und so musste ich dann für den Tag eine größere Menge in die Näpfe tun. Das Ergebnis ist, dass die bulimische Katze alles wieder ausk..t und das ist nicht besonders schön das halbe Haus zu schrubben, wenn man nach Hause kommt. Jetzt kann ich über den Tag mehre kleine Portionen automatisch füttern und wenn der Kater bettelt eben auch zwischendurch. Ich sehe die Kamera als nette Zugabe und wenn ich die starten will muss ich die App eben kurz beenden und neu starten. Wo ist das Problem? Ich verwende von ring Funkklingel und Videoüberwachung für draußen. Das Zeugs ist brandteuer und es gibt ein ähnliches Problem. Also ich und die drei Katzen sind super glücklich und bedanken uns für das tolle Gerät zu diesem unschlagbaren Preis!!! ### 2/5 — Stark angefangen, stärker nachgelassen *2023-12-09* Ich habe fast 3 Jahre den Futterautomaten, war zunächst sehr zufrieden - nach einiger Zeit fingen die ersten Probleme mit dem Automaten an - Meldung an den Medion-Support, Antwort: „Danke für die Info, Tschüss“ (im übertragenen Sinne). Auch da wurde sich schon nicht um die Kundenzufriedenheit hoch zu halten. Kommen wir aber zur App: die App wird gefühlt mit jedem Update schlechter. Erst kann man keine Fütterungsverläufe mehr einsehen, nun wird mir nicht einmal mehr eine Push-Benachrichtigung gesendet, wenn das Futter ausgegeben wurde. Das verursacht jedes Mal eine große Verunsicherung, wenn ich ein paar Tage unterwegs bin und hinterlässt immer den faden Beigeschmack, ob mein Tier gefüttert wurde. Schade, ich war einmal sehr begeistert von Medion, werde aber aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen zeitnah umsteigen. ### 4/5 — Medion pet *2023-12-08* Ich habe den Futter Automaten schon ein paar Jahre und er funktioniert einwandfrei. Das einzige was nicht gut ist, dass man durch die Kamera nicht sieht ob Futter in der Schale ist. Wenn wir im Urlaub sind, stellen wir den Automat in die Garage und können dann beim Essen schauen, ob alles klar ist. Unsere kommen nämlich angelaufen wenn sie das klappern hören, wenn das Futter in den Napf fällt😋 Verbesserungsvorschlag: Bewegungsmelder der eine Benachrichtigung am Handy auslöst. Blickwinkel einstellbar um Katze und Füllstall der Schale zu prüfen. ### 5/5 — Nach Update unbrauchbar *2022-04-06* Update: Das Problem wie unten beschrieben wurde nun behoben. Daher 5 Sterne. Die App funktioniert (wieder) gut :) Seit dem letzten Update kann ich nur noch 1 Automaten steuern. Neu einrichten hat nichts gebracht. In der App öffnet sich nur ein Automat, auch wenn man den anderen auswählt. Leider so unbrauchbar! Anmeldung Login ziemlich problematisch deshalb nur 3 von 5 Sterne ### 4/5 — Hängt sich auf / nur 1 Handy! *2021-09-02* Leider ist es nicht möglich, ein 2. Handy damit zu synchronisieren. Nutze jetzt mit meinem Partner ein Account zusammen. Des Weiteren stürzt die App oft ab - hoffe das wird mit dem nächsten Update behoben, ansonsten ist es total super und unkompliziert aufgebaut.
