So I used mediq for ordering injections after failing to find them anywhere in the twin cities and not even with the distributors. I have to say, it went beyond my expectations. Not only did mediq team managed to procure it for me from Karachi but they kept the contact with me through out the process to make sure I am aware of what’s happening. Exactly what you want when ordering online. 

Three words may describe my experience reliable, customer centric service  and amazing delivery time. Their team is well trained and very supportive.

Being a healthcare provider you must hire some professionals to do the job.

The app has bugs in almost every page.

The support is pathetic you need to explain a single issue to almost 3 or 4 representatives. And stills they have only a sorry instead of a solution.
