It works the day you download the app but then doesn’t load after that. Would give no stars if possible. This has great potential so I hope they fix the issues however reading the other reviews it appears they have no interest in fixing after prolonged period. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2020-10-14* This app is terrible I’ve been trying to register using a token for over an hour. It gets to the pin part spins for a second and goes nowhere. Should be far easier to register than this. Now I can’t even access the letter I’ve been sent. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2020-08-19* Can’t open prescription because it can’t read a PDF file? Have called support for two days and both days someone said they’d call back but no one did. This is extremely concerning that there is total disregard on saving of my medical history. There is no back up when the app crashes, and whatever was done to “improve” the app has completely ruined. I have lost all trust in this app, in honestly now believe my private health information is not safe and secure **Developer response:** Hi, Sorry for the late reply. I would like to follow up on your comment and see if I can help, albeit late. I can confirm that your data has not been compromised and is secure. We have very stringent security and privacy measure in place and have been implemented in government settings. ### 1/5 — The potential... *2019-06-07* I received the request for the test but could not download or export the document for printing which makes it useless. **Developer response:** Hi, sorry for the late reply. I would like to follow up and see if you managed to get access to your test results. ### 1/5 — Absolutely useless *2019-04-07, version 5.0.0* Despite promises to see referrals and results, the app is useless. Then they stopped replying. Asked for my username to ask the website version but were no help again. ### 1/5 — Poor app *2025-10-09* I have not been able to access my profile page or my medical information for 18months now not long ago my acc was deleted they say my information wasn’t leaked I have no confidence in that at all. ### 1/5 — Multiple issues *2025-05-22* Trying to book an appointment through the app and came across a couple of issues. Firstly all my previous appointments, test results, and conditions have disappeared from the app. Secondly when actually trying to book an appointment I am unable to turn on appointment reminders. Tap the toggle and it shows on for half a second before turning off again. This second issue makes me think that all other issues are to do with the app quality. I have tried to log out, re download etc and still the same results ### 1/5 — Can’t register to access my reports *2025-04-05* Received a message to access my report on this app and tried 10 times to register but after the whole process the app won’t continue after entering PIN number. It just stays on the same screen. So annoying!! ### 1/5 — What an awful app *2024-11-18, version v7.11.27* Usually apps are really good and handy.... this one is a nightmare to use. Needs to be rebuilt from scratch. ### 1/5 — Don’t Download! *2024-06-06* If you’re looking for your results, they are not in this app unlike what may be claimed!! ### 1/5 — Great… or so I thought *2023-10-10* Revised: 🌟 Received a message to obtain my results via this app… 24 hours later AND STILL NO RESULTS. What I originally thought… 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 After reading the preceding previous reviews I have to say I was really concerned. Still, I downloaded it. After using the secure token I was sent, I then entered my email address and date of birth. DOB was easy, simply hit the arrow and rolled it back to my (very ancient) year, then chose month then day. Created a password, then a PIN number and I’m all set. Looks like all the issues have been fixed. Thank goodness! As their service was super fast and efficient - I was worried their app was going to let them down. Glad to see they fixed it. ### 1/5 — Does not work. Time Waste & Useless. *2023-05-26, version 7.10.5* This app does not work. When I tried to login using the code sent to my phone, it thinks for several minutes, then it says invalid token. When I try to register, it thinks again wasting more time, then comes back with an error message that my email is already registered. Finally, I try to login using the same email it just told me was registered and change the password, then after thinking again for several minutes another error message comes back stating - “this email is not registered.” WHAT IS GOING ON?! How do I access my health certificates? Would vote zero stars if I could.. ### 1/5 — Cannot scroll doctors *2023-01-07* The app freezes when you try to scroll through the list of doctors. Cannot search names of doctors either. I have been exceptionally happy with the software and the app is great. Keeps all the relevant files/information for patients in the one area. From what I understand they are planning a major update for a patient portal too.
