It is AWFUL! It doesn’t take time or distance into account! Example : this app will have all pick ups at the same time - despite the fact that they are in multiple cities ! I have to perform everything twice. When canceling a ride , it shows right back up with minutes! Worst app I’ve ever used ! I can’t express enough how horrible this app is ! Not having access to signature option- if the first passenger isn’t ready and I go to get a nearby second passenger, I can’t get to the signature page until I either A. Get dispatch to reorder the calls, or B. Wait until I go back and get the first pick up -it’s a hassle to try and go “out of order” -this adds unnecessary steps aka wasted time 2. The ‘call customer’ option links to the pick-up number, which are medical facilities for all return trips -the option should link to the home number, not the pickup number -again, wasted time as I copy the number and open my keypad to paste the number before calling These two things being fixed would greatly improve my user experience! Please fix this, the constant asking to make the switch is very annoying. ### 1/5 — Constant Permission Prompts Make This App Unsafe and Invasive *2026-06-22, version 2.0.33727* This app aggressively pushes for “Always” location access. Choosing “While Using the App” should be a valid option, not something that triggers constant pop-ups every few minutes. I have already reported this issue. Stop pressuring users into enabling a privacy setting they did not choose. Respect the user’s choice and fix this. This popup is distracting and persistent—coming up every 5 minutes or less while I’m behind the wheel. However, this app repeatedly prompts me every few minutes to set my location to “Always On,” even though I already allow access “While Using the App.” This popup is distracting and persistent—coming up every 5 minutes or less while I’m behind the wheel. That’s not just annoying, it’s a safety issue. ### 1/5 — Failed application *2025-05-30* I'm working on it, but it's a complete failure and gets stuck a lot, and if you don't open the site, the app doesn't work. But the “View History” option is buggy—it lags or stops when I try to scroll, and after checking a specific trip, when I go back, it takes me to the main screen instead of where I left off. I use this feature to transcribe my daily trips. Would it be too much to ask if trips could remain accessible for more than a month? Also, could you add an option to see the total money made? Keep up the good work! ### 4/5 — Almost perfect *2025-01-31* The app is almost perfect! However, when checking history, there is no way to review one trip after another. After checking the first trip, the app sends you back to the history page. Another great addition would be for the app to store at least a month’s worth of history, and even better if it could display the total money earned. Lastly, adding a button under “Today” that says “Tomorrow” would be a great improvement. Great app! When schedule is changed by management then drivers are not aware, no notifications. Then can be problematic to run a clear schedule next day. Some times wont let you see next day schedule, have to log out and re enter my login info to get access.
