Does not keep up with iPhone updates so it freezes and won’t allow access at all to the log in screen. Just kicks you out. Very frustrating

This app is terrible. Constantly freezes on me , hard to read dx categories. Most of the time the charges I submit don’t go through and it delays me getting g paid. I’m leaving group practice b/c I can’t stand that I have to use this Medisoft product.

App version 22 is working well, but the site api key and code change constantly. Security should not be relied upon with api key and code but strong username and password. There must be an option not to generate new api key and code every day.

80% of the time when I try to access this app it freezes and won’t allow me to go to the login screen. Low grade visuals as well. It would be better if the calendar was in a more palatable format. More like the desktop version.

Downloaded ver 20 and was happy with it until updated iOS on my iPad.  As soon as the update of 9.0.2 was completed the medisoft ver 20 app for iPad refuses to open.  App is completely worthless to myself and my employees using this
