## What is MEDISONDA GUÍA?

Medisonda es una guía de administración de fármacos por sonda en formato app, dirigida al personal sanitario interesado en la correcta administración de fármacos al paciente portador de una sonda de alimentación enteral.

El objeto de esta guía es suministrar una información útil y ágil sobre las recomendaciones de administración de medicamentos tanto si la vía de acceso es a estómago o a intestino.

La información contenida en esta guía ha sido recopilada, revisada y referenciada por farmacéuticos del Servicio de Farmacia de la Xerencia de Xestión Integrada de Vigo, siendo además avalada por el Grupo de Nutrición Clínica de la SEFH.
