So disappointing since I purchased so many meditations and can’t use them. Please fix ASAP. ### 3/5 — App keeps going offline *2021-03-23, version 5.1* App started off great in January 2021 when I downloaded it, but lately (March 2021) it’s been “white” every time I open it so I have to remove it and download it again, every day:/ Please fix! I was hoping with a slightly better iPhone the brain sync app would stop closing when an alarm or phone call came in. It was not happening all the time so I thought it was only select downloads. Some of the downloads such as Pure Focus is an hour long so to constantly having to open the app and start over is both time consuming and counter productive. Can you please fix this or tell me how If there is a fix fir this problem? Sha ### 3/5 — Gettin there! *2021-01-20, version 5.1* With a bit more finessing this app will be my go to wind down chill music app. a few suggestions: I’d like the repeat button to work better (?). It’s hard to say what happens bc I often fall asleep but when I put a track on, let’s say ‘sound sleep’, push the repeat button, head to sleep and then at some point during the night when I wake I notice the track has stopped playing. Some of Kelly’s tracks have this (annoying!) voice disclaimer message at the beginning of recording which cannot be avoided while using the ‘meditate me’ app. I used to play those particular tracks in iTunes without the disclaimer by setting the start time up a bit to bypass this disclaimer message. Then, even on repeat, I would no longer hear the disclaimer warning message. Is there anyway to do that here in this program? Could you please lose the disclaimer altogether? Good thing is that not every track has this disclaimer but many do so I’m hesitant to buy more brain sync music. **Developer response:** I am so sorry that it has taken a while to respond to your feedback. It is distressing to know you do not have access to your purchases. Please email info@meditate.me in order for our team to look into this issue and make them available to you on the app. Also if you haven't done so update the app to the latest version, it may have a different look but it has become more streamlined. BrainSync has really changed my life to become more fulfilled and conscious of the other side of the physical and meta physical world. The app works really well, I already knew Kelly Howell because of the Secret Meditation, but didn’t know she had an app...I am so glad I found it. The power nap meditation worked like a treat. But the other apps I purchased no longer work. They just don’t play. I tried to re-download the app but the login screen no longer works. So now I am left with nothing. I contacted Customer Support but no reply. Disappointed ### 1/5 — App stopped working *2024-11-07* I’ve been using this app for years and have bought a number of the meditations. Suddenly it stopped working. I deleted it and downloaded it again and now can’t login. I have the correct email and password but the login button doesn’t do anything anymore. The fan is the smallest possible find that this creator could possibly put in a nap. Even with my glasses I’m straining to read and in the dark when I’m trying to relax and learn about the app it’s absolutely impossible. Other than that the content is amazing and fantastic though I wish I could figure out the rest of it. There’s the app and there’s a store and there’s the downloads and obviously people have problems wondering where you use the downloads of why you can’t use the downloads what you buy the iTunes and I can’t read any of those andsize font ? So it’s really terrific but I don’t want the complication and straining of having to figure all this out. I think the other review was right Just better off to buy these albums from iTunes and put the mp3$ wherever you want to put them. Know what you have to do when you make an app you have to make it easy and readable without a lot of things to figure out you know why because when you don’t do that it’s really stressful and the irony is that this whole app is supposed to relieve stress. That was the joke on me? I guess so and it’s a shame because this could’ve been great but it’s not an app so that you can enjoy the app it’s an app so they can sell an album and then you can’t use it where you want to use it so who knows it’s a real shame and it’s a real great at as far as content goes but other than that don’t get involved you’re just stress out. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Amazing *2024-12-05* I have had this app for so long I do not recall when I first downloaded it. I have the free programs as well as the ones I paid for. It has gotten me though insomnia and restless sleep . I had anxiety and depression, doubts and despair. It was my friend when I needed to be reminded I had friends. In other words it changed my perceptions. I use it nearly every day. I used the ‘slow wave sleep’ meditation when I was working the night shift and needed to sleep during the day. It acted as white noise and encouraged sleep. When I forgot to set the program to replay, I would have trouble staying asleep, and to reactive it. It is truly amazing. I am sorry it is to be discontinued! This app is a great free app. The meditations that come free are wonderful. Ten minutes, fifteen minutes and so on. You can buy other meditations from her, but you get several free unlike many apps I have downloaded and then ended up deleting. I still listen to these free ones often. I also listen to ones have purchased. I love the binaural beat sounds that are on all her meditations. ### 5/5 — Best Guided Meditation App *2021-12-20* I have been listening to Kelly Howells meditations for several years and have to say that they have changed my life. Her lovely relaxing voice and soothing music have helped me to retrain my brain and calm my mind in many areas.
