The meditation sounds section has such potential, but each selection repeats so rapidly and cannot be adjusted. Now, listening to a track, my original impression is reinforced.🙏🏽 I lost my husband suddenly, some months ago, and now this app seems to offer me some of the comforting, peace, and re-energising I need. So many quality sounds and songs to listen and meditate to; to do yoga, ballet barre workouts, walks, or energy treatments to.
