The only thing I see missing is a way to get a “thud” or non-musical sound. On most real instruments, this is done by tapping on the side or sometimes the center. Currently the center tap produces a “ting!” sound which is nice, but does not seem to fit anywhere. Hopefully some form (edge or center) will be added in the future. It does give you the ability to try the concept at a very low price. 🤩 ### 3/5 — Nice Sound but…. *2023-06-07, version 1.1* This drum has such a luscious sound that it’s a shame you can’t do more with it. It’s not made to load into your DAW or AUM, all you can do is record which means you can’t play along with anything else. I’m only giving it 3 stars because I feel deceived by the fact that you pay $1.99 for this drum and they ask for another $1.99 to access more than just a few skins. I don’t see anything about “in game purchases” so I am having to watch commercials to temporarily own the additional skins. I would have gladly paid more money for more features. ### 4/5 — Sehr schöner Sound *2023-02-28, version 1.1* Insgesamt eine App mit tollem Sound. Ein Stern Abzug. Warum? Nach 2 Tagen funktionierten nur noch die Hintergrundgeräusche und nicht mehr die Töne der Drum - und ich hatte die Freischaltung verschiedener Scalen dazu gekauft… Also App deinstalliert und neu aufgespielt. Die Hangpan funktionierte wieder. Leider mußte ich die Freischaltung der Scalen neu kaufen. So kann man auch Einkünfte generieren. I like the tones of the drums very nice and calming. I found no lag in sound. ### 4/5 — Amazing! *2020-08-07* This app is sublime and by far the best hang drum app out there! By a long way! The other review may have been referring to the fact the app doesn’t make a sound if your phones on silent, which is inconvenient but hey! It’s free! My only recommendations to the developer would be as follows; enable 3D Touch to allow softer and harder hits on the drums and secondly, to have the drum still make a sound when you don’t quite hit the note as the screen area on an iPhone is quite small and is emery’s to miss such a small target every now and then. По одной из версий такое имя дал своему детищу Пермский музыкант Александр Мехоношин, и произошло оно от немецкого Gluck — счастье и греческого phone — звук. Правда это или нет — неизвестно. Однако название прижилось, и сейчас стальные тональные барабаны продают именно под таким именем. ### 5/5 — Excellent sound and authentic *2022-03-31, version 1.1* The sounds are very authentic to the real drums. This app also allows the user to try different types of drums so you can consider buying a real drum. It has many scales and several drum types. I found that they are accurate and a good judge of the real drums. I also suggest doing other research before purchasing a real drum but this app really give you a good idea to start. I did NOT experience any issues with the app. Sounds are great and works very well with the AirPod Pro earphones. ### 5/5 — Exactly what I’d hoped for and more. *2021-08-11, version 1.1* After reading several reviews saying there was no sound, I can assure you that not only is there sound, but that it is absolutely beautiful! I came to the App Store to hopefully find a halfway decent hang drum… I would’ve been happy with one scale that sounded good… And what I got was this stunningly beautiful app, that actually allows you to do mallet rolls, all with beautiful animation and wonderful background sound effects if desired. It would be great if it were somehow magically more touch sensitive, but if you just want to immerse yourself and beautiful hang drum sound with a nice variety of scales and gorgeous graphics as a bonus. I just downloaded this app today after checking out many other options. This one seems to be the closet to the actual instrument. It is very responsive in the various modes and the tones are pure and very realistic. So I downloaded this app for practice sessions and found that it far exceeded my expectations. It is beautiful! The sound on my iPad Pro is excellent. I like the variety of skins, drums, and scales. I paid to upgrade to animated skins and also donated a bit more to help support this app and it’s developer. Маленький нюанс,о котором уже писали другие пользователи, не меняется тональность барабана после просмотра рекламы. Но это уже не значительные мелочи. За очень умеренную плату (на сегодняшний день это 150 руб) можно открыть все тональности для всех барабанов.
