It’s a collection of very short sounds 
They’re ok but a minute listening wouldn’t begin to get me relaxed
They need to be longer 
Not worth having .

You cannot play the sounds with the screen turned off... the screen must stay on to play the sounds or it'll pause the sound. Very bad design and a pointless app.
