## What is Meditation Space?

In fact, meditation is accessible to people of any age and any occupation in any place, at any time and in any country.

Meditation is peace and relaxation, which you can give yourself at any time. Meditation is about knowing yourself, controlling your emotions and your experiences. During meditation all your thoughts are positive, you forget about your problems and focus only on yourself.

Why do you need meditation? If you are a resident of a large metropolis, if you are tired of hard mental or other work and stress, if you are tired of routine household chores, then you just deserve the time for rest and relaxation. Why should you wait for a nervous breakdown or stress? Why should you wait for insomnia?
