This app is amazing for me because it helps me to calm down I have really bad anxiety and I have high functioning intellectual disability and a little bit of autism this app helps me when I get very overwhelmed and overstimulated thank you ZenMinder 🧘

Me encanta la interfaz que tiene, amo las apps que me ayudan a meditar y esta es una de ellas porque está bien construída. Puedes elegir los minutos pero prefieres meditar y se conecta con la aplicación Salud para sincronizar los datos. Mientras medita puedes seleccionar un audio relajante para tenerlo de fondo. Me ha gustado mucho. 
Lo único que mejoraría es que tuviera idioma español y más desarrollo de la aplicación para el Apple Watch (inhalaciones con vibración, play-pause… más independiente de la app del iPhone) pero para ser sus primeras versiones le doy muy buena nota, ah y lifetime (odio suscripciones…)
