Fill the information and the message states Can’t create account contact provider then give a list of hospital emails ### 1/5 — Sign-in credentials *2026-07-09, version 1.18.0* This application no longer saves sign-in credentials even with Face ID set to required. It makes the app pointless when I can just go to a web browser and enter my credentials with the same steps.
