This app can help to restore the balance of your autonomic nerves. Please close your eyes and listen to it while breathing slowly without thinking about anything.

以前より広告が多くまた間違えて押してしまって違う効果音にしようとしてもいちいち60秒かかるのが少し不便です。音自体はリラックスできるもの多くとても気に入っています。

不安な時や睡眠時にお世話になっています！

音自体はとても良いのですが、
「10〜30秒の広告」とあるのに何故か「60秒後に獲得」と出て30秒×2流れます……
途中でスキップが出るわけでもなく毎回60秒フルで見せられます……

以前よりも広告が増えたのは無料だし仕方ないと思うのですが、
寝る前に使っており60秒みると神経を落ち着け直さないといけなくなって辛いのでご確認いただけますと幸いです…！

プラシーボかも知れませんが脳の奥がスッキリします。なので、寝起きの坐禅やお風呂、寝る前に聞いてます。スマホゲームやSNS、ネットサーフィンで時間を浪費する前にリセットをかけ、するべきことをする時にも使ってて重宝しています。

追加していただけるならやる気アップ系の追加と、環境音(雨や森の音など)は1時間ぐらいの長め音源だと嬉しいです。同じ音源の短時間ループなように感じてしまいました。

間違えてタップすると大音量でCMが始まって苦痛極まりない
フィードバックを送ると広告が消える代わりにGoogleのメッセージがデカデカと画面を占めて動かない
時々お世話になっていたが削除するしかない、残念
