## What is Medituj?

Cvičíme, aby sme sa starali o svoje telo a postupne ho pripravovali na väčšiu a väčšiu záťaž. Meditácia je tiež cvičenie. Cvičenie pre našu myseľ. Pravidelná meditácia ťa naučí pozorovať svoje myšlienky, neviesť sa nimi a žiť v prítomnosti.

Stačí si nájsť aspoň 10 minút denne iba pre seba a efekt sa zaručenene dostaví.

Do budúcnosti pripravujeme vedené meditácie pre úplných začiatočníkov, ale aj pre pokročilých.
