Fixes:
- The tracking permission prompt now appears on launch as intended.
- Fantasy no longer shows a technical error when you are signed out, or when your squad has not been published for a gameweek yet.
- Campaign cards on the home screen are all one size, and campaign pages use the app's own colours again.
- Competition names read properly in the Ranks filter.
- Fixed a layout issue on game cards showing a reward pool.
