Location services seem to be spotty. App will acknowledge my clock in/out but seems to have trouble setting my location, even though I select I’m at clients home. Still says I didn’t add location.

Not intuitive. Difficult for many attendants to use. Unclear instructions given to attendants. Forces EVV staff to troubleshoot/do tech support for attendants. 

Would be better if the app included a guide with steps for clocking in and out that the attendants can view. Would also be great if there was a responsive customer support team for attendants and EVV staff to contact.

Doesn’t even work. Just started work and it doesn’t even let me clock in or out

every a few days, I want to clock out and it’ll tell me that I haven’t clocked out for the morning visit so when I go to clock in for the evening visit, it won’t let me clock in so I clock out again and it still won’t let me clock in because it says it doesn’t an ongoing visit. It’s very frustrating cause I have to call the EVV department to tell them that there was trouble clocking out every few days so they can adjust the hours because I’m unable to clock in in the evening. Please fix it.
