You can’t message the pharmacy or do anything advertised in the app. It needs a whole lot of work. I don’t even know if my meds shipped or they are even processing my prescription. Not at all happy with it. ### 1/5 — App not useful *2023-03-06* Downloaded their app to save time waiting on hold. The app let me order my meds but failed to provide the status of my orders. The app indicates my order is in progress for 3 meds even though 2 arrived by mail over a week ago. Had to end up calling anyways and waiting on hold to find out that my final med is enroute by US mail. Staff at UC are always polite and helpful. It’s now 5 states over and I live in the same state as them. I could of had this the day I went to the doctor but they pushed me into this service saying how easy it is to use.
