E-claim is useless! After filling all the details, the final stage on uploading the receipts not working at all. Kept on loading but nothing happens. Have to request via email instead. Please improve on that part!!

Can submit claim but super duper slow claim process and payment. Took about 1month to get the pay and claim for 30%, BUT expect for the claim to be cut as much as 80%++ and not worth the time and energy put for applying the claim. Example, total procedure cost rm280, after a long waiting for deliberation (fill up the form-send to admin-wait for sv approval-send to medkad-wait for medkad approval & payment for about 2more weeks more), then u may get about rm36 from the total bill.

App sangat sluggish. Home page auto refresh banyak kali bila tak dapat fetch/display user data. Data lain pun memanjang loading nak display. Bila log out nak log in balik, dah tetiba error "too many attempt". Tolong fix. Thanks.
