### 2/5 — Extremely confusing

*2022-09-14, version 3.5*

The tracker is not intuitive. When entering meds on a number Per day, for example four times a day, if you schedule the first dose at a particular time the app will not calculate the next four doses as divided over 24 hours. You then have to calculate what each one of those times is and put it in the app. Further the app does not split days at midnight, one example is the first day I used it the app considered medication‘s up through 5:48 AM to be on the previous day.

### 2/5 — Having a hard time with interface

*2022-08-16, version 3.5*

Not sure this app is usable keeps asking to log in then once in it keeps asking for a review while trying to log taking pill

### 3/5 — Basic, no glitches

*2022-07-24, version 3.5*

Really easy to add meds and mark complete. I wish there was an actual time taken, that would be a great improvement. Overall it does what it says it does. Thank you!

### 2/5 — Cannot login

*2021-09-23, version 3.5*

After signing up and adding medication, I signed out. My iPhone did not save my password so I clicked forgot password. I followed the change password link in the email I was sent, but the page that opens has nothing on it. It’s completely blank so I can’t change my password. This app has become useless very quickly. It’s too bad because I thought this was going to be worth using

### 2/5 — Missing important editing capabilities

*2021-09-13, version 3.5*

I’ve used this app for about 2 days and am very frustrated that I cannot adjust a missed scheduled med. And in order to edit it to not be on a schedule so I can manually enter when I take them, I have to delete the med and start over. I have reached out to try to get help the first day of operation (had to go to the website, and not easy to find help there either), but still have no answers. Obviously there is no support on the weekends. I’m switching to a different app.

### 3/5 — Improvements Need

*2021-03-14, version 3.5*

This app is a great concept, however, certain upgrades would be helpful. Users should be allowed to make setting chances to customize the program ie : the auto shutoff for inactivity. Should be able to change scheduled time to take med on a permanent basis.

### 5/5 — Great Medication List App

*2019-10-20, version 3.1*

I’ve been downloading several apps for taking medicine and this has been my favorite so far!

The major feature I was looking for was a comprehensive medication list builder, since I take 10+ medications and am often asked to recount them to nurses/doctors/etc, I wanted an easy way to reference everything I am taking.

MedManage’s medication list had exactly what I needed going above and beyond what I saw in other apps. The medication list is very clean and clear, and shows all the info I need like brand and generic names, directions on frequency, as well as other details that are very useful to reference like indication for taking the medicine.

A great big thank you to the developers of the app.

### 5/5 — Great med planner

*2019-02-27, version 2.3.1*

Very clean design and simple to use. Perfect for all ages.

### 5/5 — Great for those with bad memory

*2018-09-26, version 2.0*

As an individual with poor memory and being on lots of medications, those are two things you would not want.
This app has helped me not miss a medication dose and has improved my life greatly.

### 4/5 — Useful

*2018-08-30, version 1.3*

Currently taking medication over the next few weeks. I just moved from another country and readjusting to a new life. Having an app to help me remember to take my medication while managing details of everyday life helps me stay on track. It’s easy to use. Did have a bit of trouble writing the name of the medication in regards to the app finding my medication. It worked in the end. During the guiding process would it be possible for a voice over for instructions on how to use the app for those that become distracted easily. Overall, I grateful to have app.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not what was advertised

*2025-10-08, version 3.5*

Need to log my interaction with meds can’t write anything

### 1/5 — App tragically unstable

*2025-03-20, version 3.5*

Laptop portal works fine but iOS app bombs out - never stays open. Unusable

### 1/5 — Can’t use if can’t log in

*2024-03-29, version 3.5*

Attempted to set up and signed in with Google… it didn’t finish login and stopped, tried to set up other way and “email already in use”. Tried to recover password and gets stuck and never sends me email. 😡

### 1/5 — A review based on experience

*2024-02-29, version 3.5*

Since I got hit with a “rate this app” popup before I could even finish setting it up(!!), they earned one star. Keep prioritizing market research over customer experience…🙄

### 1/5 — Error on signing up

*2023-07-11, version 3.5*

Constant error…

### 1/5 — MedManage fails to allow registration

*2023-05-08, version 3.5*

Title says it all after 2 weeks of trying on latest IOS release

### 1/5 — You allow “third parties” to use your (my) data

*2022-08-06, version 3.5*

You are certainly paid for that information. You do not distribute the money to data owners (me and every other app user).
You track location and spending habits.
This is no privacy at all.

### 1/5 — Looks promising but iOS version appears to be broken

*2020-12-17, version 3.5*

Logging in via the app continuously returns an error, logging in with same credentials using the browser on my phone works perfectly.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t Orient to Landscape on iPad

*2019-06-07, version 2.3.1*

I have downloaded several apps over the last 24 hours in hopes to help my parents streamline the process of taking and managing their medications. My mom has recently had a stroke and for her can’t use her iPhone that well. Fortunately she has a brand new iPad with a wireless keyboard that should make data entry a breeze! If only when your app says that it’s compatible with my iPad, it was actually correct. It will only show up in the portrait orientation which makes it pretty tough to type with the landscape oriented keyboard. I am beyond frustrated! If there i something that I’m doing wrong please let me know. I have downloaded several random apps that I do not have use for just to make sure it wasn’t my device. Very disappointed.

### 1/5 — RAV4-2007

*2018-12-02, version 2.3*

Can’t get past step 1. App crashes every time I press the Next button. Looking for a better app.

### 5/5 — Amazing app

*2020-09-12, version 3.5*

### 5/5 — Amazing and incredible

This app helps me track all my medical needs and daily routines. Lost without it.

### 5/5 — Great for Birth Control Reminders

*2020-05-23, version 3.5*

I was looking for a daily birth control reminder alarm and this app was perfect for it because I could also track the days I had missed a dose, which my doctor would ask about on occasion.

Great app and easy to use.

### 5/5 — Useful!

*2020-03-10, version 3.4.1*

I have found this to be a better system than my pharmacy’s application

### 5/5 — Life saver

*2019-12-31, version 3.2*

This app has made it very easy for me to keep track off my grandmas meds.

### 5/5 — Great App. Met all mine and my family’s needs

*2019-12-04, version 3.2*

My mother uses MedManage to remind her of when to take her pain meds for her back. She asked me to set it up on her iPad and I saw what a great app it is. I use it to manage my supplement intake for working out. Really a great app that can be useful for anyone looking to to improve their health. Great for both patients who want to make sure not to screw up theirs own medication schedule as well as caregivers who manage the medication schedules of multiple individuals. This app really helped my whole family!

### 5/5 — Great medication reminder app

*2019-11-10, version 3.1.1*

I was supposed to take some medications every 6 hours and this app made it really easy to schedule reminders for it to make sure I didn’t miss a dose, which my doctor said was very important.

### 5/5 — 10 out of 10

*2019-11-10, version 3.1.1*

Great app. Didn’t know I needed this until I tried it. Awesome at keeping me on schedule. I recommend this app to anyone with a prescription.!!
