Yes, the app is glitching. There’s not a whole lot of features to it after using it for a while now I don’t like it as much as I used to. There needs to be an easy way to to look at your claims. There needs to be a lot more information on the dashboard.

This app is straight garbage.
Completely unacceptable from this caliber of importance.

Couldn’t look up a practice to see if it was in network (it is) but when  I search retina, it’s coming back Radiation Oncology, only I searched my name of place, not specialty. Went  to report the app not working, on the app, and of course, there’s no submit button. Garbage.

New App is a total failure and completely bugged. It hasn’t worked for the entire month of July. I can’t view anything but a white screen.

They offer service just in one language. Seems like they don’t have much resources to help the patients.

I’ve reached out to support multiple times and all they have to say to me is the app is bad and to log in on the web browser… the app NEVER lets me log in even after changing my password.
