Unintuitive and difficult to enter the keys or make a registration in a simple way. I don't like this application

Spend hundreds on books to get clunky interface with constant need for login. Can’t scan codes and when entered give access to wrong book. Thieme monopoly on Neurosugery books needs to end.

The app makes it impossible to access the content you pay for by requiring endless logins. If you do successfully manage to log in - a challenging and confusing feat - you have to do it every single time you wish to access. Customer service also ignores messages, so now I am stuck with a useless ebook I spent $40 on and can’t make use of, can’t get a refund, STAY AWAY. 

Buy content elsewhere and avoid Thieme at all costs!!!

It is an extremely buggy app - keeps crashing when I try to change from one book I am reading to another - especially worse when in offline mode, despite having downloaded the books. It then won’t even let me go back online by switching the offline mode off - keeps crashing so many times that I have to reinstall the app and re-download all the books! Simply not worth the hassle - despite Thieme’s claims. It’s a real pity, because the online repository of books is incredible!

The app is great in theory but there are multiple bugs and drawbacks

1. On adding new book codes this sometimes takes hours to update
2.when continuing on reading at work on a hospital pc or my own laptop ... no way to read offline
3.some content in digitally purchased books necessitated printing the pdf to see some content due to copyrights liscence ... what’s the point?
