## What is MedPad Pro?

MedPad Pro is an application that helps your Sales Reps conduct an effective promotional call with health care professionals. The application allows you to display engaging presentations, send mailings and conduct surveys.

MedPad Pro consists of the following modules:

Content library
Here you can store your promotional materials: interactive HTML5 presentations, videos, graphics, PDF files, mailings and surveys.

CRM
Access to your customers’ contact details. The module allows you to integrate with your existing CRM or create your own database.

My calls
In this module you will find a list of all calls that were carried out by the Sales Rep along with detailed information on their quality, duration, location and materials presented.

Planner
This module allows you to schedule calls with your customers.

CMS
A module available only for the manager used to manage all the key functions of the application: promotional materials, Sales Reps’ accounts, customer database, targets, quality goals, mailing and surveys.

Analytics
Thanks to reports, charts and summaries, the analytical module allows the manager to control the work of Sales Reps, assess the quality of calls and the effectiveness of promotional materials.

MedPad Pro, to aplikacja, która pomoże Twojemu przedstawicielowi w przeprowadzeniu efektywnej wizyty promocyjnej u lekarza lub farmaceuty. Aplikacja umożliwia wyświetlanie interaktywnych prezentacji, wysyłkę mailingów oraz prowadzenie ankiet.

MedPad Pro składa się z następujących modułów:

Biblioteka
Tutaj znajdują się materiały promocyjne: interaktywne prezentacji HTML5, filmy, grafiki, pliki PDF, mailingi, ankiety.

Kontakty
Tutaj przechowywane są dane kontaktowe Twoich klientów (lekarzy lub farmaceutów), zgody marketingowe, oraz historia aktywności. Moduł umożliwia import zewnętrznej bazy kontaktów lub tworzenie własnej oraz precyzyjne targetowanie.

Moje wizyty
W tym module znajduje się lista wszystkich wizyt, które przeprowadził przedstawiciel wraz z dokładnymi informacjami na temat ich jakości, miejsca przeprowadzenia, czasu trwania, przedstawionych materiałów.

Planner
Ten moduł umożliwia planowanie wizyt w poszczególnych targetach. 

CMS
Moduł dostępny dla managera służący do zarządzania wszystkimi kluczowymi funkcjami aplikacji: materiałami promocyjnymi, kontami przedstawicieli, bazą danych klientów, targetami, celami jakościowych, mailingiem oraz ankietami.

Analityk
Dzięki raportom, wykresom i zestawieniom, moduł analityczny umożliwia managerowi kontrolę pracy przedstawicieli, ocenę jakości wizyt, efektywności materiałów promocyjnych oraz mailingów, analizę ankiet.
