There is no customer service, so I was unable to contact anyone regarding this matter. Very disappointed. **Developer response:** We're sorry you had trouble onboarding. All of our emails contain contact information on how to get support. Please update to the latest version of the app and retry. ### 1/5 — This app may not be good *2025-06-03* Does not let you upload info. I feel it may be a scam. Tried to search into the links are broken. No way of contacting them either. **Developer response:** Due to a recent website update, the link to our privacy policy was temporarily broken. The user fhjbiokbnlohxc sounds like a scam if you ask me :-) our website medpaid.com has all the information about our business and our various global partners, you are welcome to contact us anytime. ### 1/5 — App would not upload photos *2025-02-12* I was signing up and creating an account, but the app does not upload files or photos that it requires for the onboarding process. I click take photo of my license and it takes the photo and then I click use photo and it does not upload the photo to my profile. I have tried everything to troubleshoot with no luck. There is also no IT support for the app, so I have no way of resolving this issue. **Developer response:** We're sorry you had trouble onboarding.
