Keep it up. ### 1/5 — Worst service *2022-02-14* I have ordered the rapid test kit from medplus. I showing the wrong results. It was completely the kit problem. Whatever the product which i am getting from medplus, then it is totally their responsibility to check the quality. But still it will happen some times. I can accept that. So i asked for the refund or new kit from medplus. Once i called customer care they are saying that there is no refund or exchange for covid related products and also they didn’t mention any description regarding this non refund thing. It was terrible mistake from the team. Even after i sent mail to the team and customer care no one is responded me. I think they are adding this complaint number for name sake. The agent never shows up. Never picks up for early morning slots (fasting tests are a myth for them) customer care is non existent) they wait for you to call them and get the order cancelled yourself. Their solution would be to shift the tests to next day which is illogical for a medical profession based app to do - how can medical tests be pushed for later!? But when it comes to cancel an order and refund the amount they are ready ALWAYS! Takes 1-2 seconds. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE FOR THE USELESS DISGNOSTICS SERVICES. ### 1/5 — 1 star only for service and not app *2026-01-16* The app is not upto the mark. Takes 5 stages to place the order and that event didn't through at the first time. I have to try it couple of times. Then they keep sending multiple notifications regarding order confirmation, and then at last sends notification and message that your order is confirmed and will be delivered at your home. Then suddenly customer support called me to tell that your order is cancelled as the medicines are not available. Whereas I have visited the Medplus outlet and confirm led thatthe products are available, nit st tue visited outlet but their other outlet. Frustrated in all this purchase process. Please fix the issue. ### 1/5 — No time slot feature available *2024-07-05* Whenever i order something…this application does not have time slot and Date feature…it should ask at what time and date (at least next 3 days feature) we need order like 8am-10am early morning, 10-12, 12-4pm , 4-6pm or after 6-11pm……this is very basic feature software developers should design….. The actual composition also seems missing on some meds. Also, the auto- fill for medicine doesnt work. Everyone is not a doctor to know the exact spelling and auto correct is terrible from yourside. I wanted montelukast levocetrazine tabs and couldn’t find it. Also, the prices are so expensive than other. Comeon guys, this is India. Pharma is the power of India and u think its justifiable to loot here with such terrible support for the app? ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2024-02-03* Late delivery ,no Payment confirmation, cannot cancel the order , and cheap tricks of Customer Care .. waah Not able to cancel the order . I tried to cancel the order before the product is delivered. And the product is delivered with 2 day delay, After the product is delivered, the customer care says that we cannot cancel the order because the order is delivered. Such a pathetic way to treat customers and not even able to cancel the order concerns me to use this app again. Worst app as a final verdict. Even I got a msg saying that the payment is not done, even after the money is deducted from my credit card. I am done with this app and don’t recommend for others also. ### 1/5 — Fraud app, pls don’t use it *2023-11-14* This is fraud application, pls don’t use this. I am using this for a while. Being Indian I fall in trap of 20% discount. However medicine are not delivered on time. After calling to customer care they give false assurance that medicine will be delivered on so and so date and time and if you call on that time they give another time. Delivery person calls you and request for as per his suitable time and not delivered on committed time. For your daily medicine you have chase them and doesn’t make any difference to them. You have buy medicine again from local chemist. Really pathetic service and experience. One more thing if you placed order then they reject the medicine by giving reason out of stock. So basically they keep money and you have purchase if from local chemist. Bye ### 1/5 — Worst app to buy online meds. Please go for an alternative app *2023-04-23* I have ordered some meds worth 2K from the app few days back. Its still not delivered to me. I am trying to raise a complaint to the customer care but they always say that it will be delivered today. Everyday I get a massage that it will be delivered today. And now in the app it’s showing that it’s delivered. I haven’t got any delivery till now. Customer care is still saying to wait for more 24 hours and it may be a technical glitch. Its a complete waste of time and money. ### 1/5 — Not at all reliable *2022-09-08* Very pathetic and non trustworthy network. I put order in night via their official whatsapp channel, in morning received a call and got order confirmed. First sent the order to store on other side of city. That store guy cancelled, then again whatsapp guy placed another order and sent medicine to another store and said will be delivered in an hour. Even after following up multiple times didn’t receive the order. Then got number of store who says we haven’t received any medicine yet from hub. ### 1/5 — App is good, customer care is nonexistent *2022-04-16* The app per se is good. Me being a doctor do search on this app at times to look for composition . Previously ordering was a breeze but these days the app forcefully takes you to pay through Paytm. I like to use my debit card for payment but the app will keep on take you to Paytm payment getaways. Customer care is utterly rubbish though! Last time a costly medicine ( 10 tabs costing 500+) was given torn due to the third grade picking done in Kolkata by their dealer. I emailed them but there was zero response! Very irresponsible company. I have been buying on MedPlus since last 3 years but I am searching wholeheartedly for a different app because of their worst customer care resolution and lackadaisical attitude.
