coaching for healthcare professionals.

MedPower is a simple and powerful learning application that makes it easy for busy
providers, nurses and staff to complete essential training on their own schedule, from
anywhere, using any device. Information-packed Smart Tips are at the heart of the
MedPower learning experience, with most microlearning videos lasting no more than 2 minutes. It’s the easiest and most effective way to sharpen your skills and learn
essential tasks or workflows.

Your personalized dashboard makes it easy to find the help you need most -- featuring only the most relevant Smart Tips, job aids and online courses, based on your role, performance and expert staff recommendations.

Your customized performance scorecard gives you instant access to key performance and quality metrics so you can see how well you’re doing against your individual goals and your peers. Plus, each metric is linked to a corresponding Smart Tip with recommendations to help you boost performance, save time and reach your goals. You can even create or join Teams, where you can share Smart Tips and training advice.

Track your progress and achievements along the way, leveling-up as you accumulate
points and receive awards for all your work. See where your team stands on the
leaderboard and challenge other teams to keep up with yours ;-).
