Đặt rất lâu, xoay vòng vòng, cần cải thiện rất rất nhiều

App không cho đặt lịch khám dịch vụ ở cs 1 nhưng cho thanh toán nếu đặt lịch khám người nước ngoài ở cs1. Chat hoi nv thì kêu bên app không đặt được ở CS1 mà khuyến khích qua CS2. Ngta tái khám mà ạ. K biết app UMC bị gì mà lại dồn qua đây. Quá tệ.

Đặt để đi khám tưởng là khám theo bảo hiểm nhưng phiếu in ra là không bhyt, đến nơi vẫn phải chờ lượt ngán ngẫm luôn, người khác thì đã tới xét nghiệm từ sớm luôn rồi mình thì mới tới khám, khám xong thì mới có vụ xét nghiệm tốn một số tiền lớn nữa. Thà tự ra đó lấy số còn hơn tốn tiền vô cái app

Đặt app hy vọng khám đúng giờ, nhưng bv Nhi Đồng 1 lại lý do bn đông nên ko thể khám đúng giờ. Đây ko phải là lần đầu Bv Nhi đồng 1 phục vụ tệ như vậy
