MedReminder Premium is an auto-renewable subscription: $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year (US prices — your store shows your own amount before you buy). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
