Whether you’re a new patient starting your onboarding process or an existing patient continuing your care, the MedRx Infusion app is designed to simplify communication and keep you informed every step of the way.

Through the app, you can easily chat with our expert intake team, complete registration and onboarding forms, and stay connected with your pharmacy staff. You can also ask your pharmacist clinical questions, set up and manage medication deliveries, and contact our billing team directly with any questions you may have. Real-time notifications and secure messaging ensure you never miss important updates about your prescriptions or care.

If you prefer not to use the app, you can also sign up online and receive secure communication links directly via text message.
