Please update to enjoy the latest improvements! ### 5/5 — Recommend *2026-03-14* Fast and informative ### 4/5 — Grundsätzlich eine super App *2026-03-02* SIe bietet sehr umfangreiche und interssante, medizinische Daten und weiterführende Fragen als Ergänzungen bei Diagnostik und Behandlungsoptionen. Einziger Nachteil: APP stürzt leider regelmäßig ab und friert ein, sobald man mehr Daten eingibt oder zeitweise schon nach 5 Minuten. Es gab bisher noch kaum eine Nutzung ohne diese Fehlfunktion. (Nutze sie im Jahresabo.) Manchmal speichert es bei den Abstürzen leider die zuvor getätigten Eingaben nicht. Das ist etwas ärgerlich. Weil es so oft vorkommt, einen Stern Abzug. Wenn das behoben würde, dann wäre die APP sehr interessant und nützlich im Alltag. Selbstverständlich gilt das immer im Rahmen der eigenen Verantwortung und Achtsamkeit, dass man nicht blind auf AI vertraut und immer die medizinische Sicherheit beachtet, sowie dass der Mensch / Patient im Mittelpunkt stehen sollte, nicht die Technik (wie leider immer öfter zu sehen). Diagnosen oder gar Dosierungen würde ich z. B. aus Prinzip niemals blind übernehmen! AI als Unterstützung ist nur so gut, wie sie sachlich und faktisch korrekt trainiert wird und man nie die Wachsamkeit verliert oder „faul“ im eigenen Denken und Lernen bzw. Verantwortlichkeit wird. Sorge bereitet mir allgemein, dass die APP wohl u. a. auch auf Internetdaten basiert und jeder weiß, dass da auch viel „pseudomedizinischer Mist“ verbreitet wird. Was davon evtl. In diese AI einfließen könnte, ist vielleicht ein Risikofaktor. Aber bisher war ich insgesamt begeistert von der Tiefe und schnellen Verfügbarkeit für Informationen, die man abfragen kann. Sie liefert schöne, strukturiertr Zusammenfassungen und Informationen. Mir gefällt auch die Funktion, dass die AI Daten nachfragt, bevor sie „endgültige“ Vorschläge macht. Manchmal geht das allerdings etwas lange und immer weiter, es sei denn man fragt nach konkretem Endergebnis. Schön ist auch die umfangreiche Tiefe, mit der Fragen angegangen werden. Jede Info wird einbezogen. Hier gilt ganz klar: je ausführlicher der Input, umso umfangreicher der Output. Alles in allem: Eine interessante APP. Ich hoffe, dass sie künftig kontinuierlich und gezielt mit korrekten medizinischen Daten trainiert wird und dass immer weiter an Sicherungen gegen Pseudomedizin oder Falschinformation / Halluzinationen gearbeitet wird. EIch empfehle sie immer wieder mal Kollegen zum Testen weiter. If the issue continues, please contact us through in-app support so our team can help resolve it. ### 1/5 — Do NOT bother with this app *2025-12-30* Persistent crashes and lag in a professional-grade app—especially one used by clinicians—are a clear sign of poor QA and a disconnect between developers and end-users. Keyboard lag and awkward UI changes that hinder workflow (especially for practitioners who need speed and reliability) is inexcusable. It’s also concerning that a medical assistant app doesn't reliably preserve conversation history, especially when clinical and forensic details matter. Losing the record twice in a day due to crashes is not acceptable. Even trying to edit THIS review the screen keeps popping up and down.
